00:00Hi, I'm Craig Heppel, President of the Chamber of Commerce Central Coast and

00:04Principal of Ulverston Real Estate and this is our Central Coast. We're here at

00:08Braddon's Lookout today because I suppose we can see it all in one quick

00:14look. Heading west we've got the beaches looking up towards Ulverston, Penguin and

00:20obviously beyond that Burnie but beautiful centres. I love it here and

00:24when people come to visit us this is one of the first places we take them so they

00:28can get this magnificent view. Absolutely gorgeous from the beaches to the hills

00:35to the rivers we have agriculture we've got grazing we've got food sources here

00:40and what a place that we can all live in.
