Transcript
00:00Hello, I'm Sean Ford Wood, The Advocate, and we're here at Penguin today to continue talking to people about the
00:08council elections.
00:10We're continuing on with our series, previewing the various council elections and mayoral races.
00:16And it's important, I think, with all our nine councils to remember that things they do affect all of us
00:23in some way.
00:28Good morning, how do you think the council's been going here at Central Coast?
00:32Well, I've got no complaints.
00:34No complaints?
00:35No, no, pretty good.
00:37Okay.
00:38Yes.
00:38Satisfied customer.
00:39I am.
00:40Very good.
00:41Yep.
00:41The only other thing I was wondering, too, is the mayoral contest, Cheryl Forer, who's the current mayor, and the
00:47mayor, Lynn Williams.
00:48Do you have a particular preference out of those two for me?
00:52No.
00:52Not really?
00:53No.
00:54Okay.
00:54No, not really.
00:55They're happy with the council overall?
00:57Yeah, I am.
00:58Me too.
00:58How do you think the council's going?
01:00Oh, it's going good, yeah.
01:02Okay.
01:02Yeah, happy with their performance?
01:04Um, yeah, pretty well, yeah.
01:05Okay, great.
01:06We've got a two-way mayoral contest here, Cheryl Fuller, who's the current mayor, and the lawyer, Lynn Williams.
01:13Do you have a particular view there on who you're looking for?
01:16Um, no, not really, no.
01:19No.
01:19Okay.
01:21Fair enough.
01:21It sounds like you're pretty happy with the council overall.
01:24Yeah, all right.
01:24All right, all right, all right.
01:25Pretty well, yeah.
01:26Oh yeah, very good.
01:27Good luck.
01:28Okay.
01:30All right, look.
01:32Um, boy.
01:32I appreciate it.
