Yes, he signals to brown-shirt. Charlie signals to Turek who signals to black-shirt who signals to brown-shirt, all within 5 seconds. Brown-shirt sets off the blood squib and pyrotechnics visible in the camera and speaker cabinet to Kirk's left on the screen. These were apparently sound effects, the assassination appears to have been faked.
Who’s the guy behind Charlie? Look at the guy behind Charlie moves his arms right before he’s shot at 0:41 seconds in. It’s rather swift, yet noteworthy. He looks to be part of his security detail. Anyhow, is this just a coincidence, or something more??
