00:30in in different ways uh but it's great that that they do it and so you know i think that's a way
00:36that jason leads is is being in the building being in the organization uh being around everyone and
00:41working hard and and jalen leads the same way by being he's here yesterday uh playing working out
00:48to everybody and and uh has been in here and uh those guys just they lead differently uh but
00:54they're both very impactful on how they do it so uh it's a testament to them and i think it makes
00:58uh when you go through changes like we have having those two guys as your staple leadership wise
