00:20The scheme will cost £1.1 million in total, with a likely grant from the Football Foundation
00:26of nearly £800,000 to allow the project to go ahead.
00:3169% of the costs, or up to £781,196, for the new pitch will be paid for by the Football Foundation,
00:41but any costs above that are Wirral councils to pay.
00:45Counsellors are expected to discuss it next week.
