Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Europe’s accelerated plans to phase out Russian energy imports will not impact Russia’s stance, reaffirming Moscow’s openness to diplomatic solutions in Ukraine while accusing the EU of pursuing a hostile and ineffective sanctions policy.
