00:00I would imagine other coaches around the league feel the same way
00:03that Bill would have felt and been like, wait a minute.
00:04So the broadcaster that we have to sit and talk to and tell him,
00:07I know he can't go to practice, but that kind of insight,
00:12he also works with the Raiders and talks to their offensive coordinator twice a day?
00:16That doesn't add up.
00:17You can't find somebody else to do the game.
00:19Two to three times a week.
00:20Orlovsky later on in that clip said at one point he also talked to Patrick Graham.
00:24This is really good insight.
00:25They were getting gashed, I guess, in the preseason running the football,
00:28and Brady texted Patrick Graham, clean it up, or something like that.
00:32It's like, ooh, that's good.
00:33That's some good insight from Brady.
00:34But you know what I mean?
00:35If you want to own the team, great, but you can't call the game.
00:38And you're not that good at calling the game where it's going to be such a letdown.
00:41Plus, people are going to watch the game to watch the game.
00:43They're not watching because of him.
00:44And he's on the headset.
00:45I mean, he could be real.
00:46Forget like real-time or, I'm sorry, conversations leading up to the game
00:51and like, hey, by the way, Chip, I just heard this.
00:53Ben Johnson just told me this.
00:55So get that ready for game four.
00:57Or a bad example if it's Chip Kelly.
00:59But you understand the point.
01:00I'm talking to the Bears coaches.
01:02Let's relay it to the Raiders coaches.
01:03He also texts with Patrick Graham.
01:04So both coordinators.
01:05Fine.
01:07How about he's sitting there on headset in the game the other night?
01:09And I know it's a rarity for him.
01:10The Raiders are usually playing on a Sunday.
01:12He's usually doing a game on a Sunday.
01:13But last night, it's like, you could relay whatever in the middle of the game.
01:17So the whole thing is wild.
01:19And you may not care.
01:20I understand a lot of people don't care.
01:22That's fine.
01:22I'm not telling you to care.
01:23However, it is an odd situation.
01:27It was a super odd visual last night.
01:29And it is a competitive advantage for the Raiders.
01:31Whether or not they're good enough to do anything about it, we could also debate that.
01:34It is a competitive advantage.
01:36If you don't care, fine.
01:38But that whole situation has been weird.
01:41And last night was the oddest piece to it yet.
01:44Yeah, it is strange.
01:45Also, there's something just odd about Tom Brady owning the Raiders.
01:50And it's the week one team that the Patriots face.
01:53You have the statue out there.
01:55And then I know he wasn't there for it because he was calling a game somewhere.
01:57But he owns the Raiders.
01:59And I'm not telling any owner what to do with their team.
02:03If they don't want to sell anybody a piece of the team, I get it.
02:05But of all players and of all franchises, one guy that maybe you would want.
02:10If Robert Kraft is going to tell everybody how Tom Brady is a Patriot for life, even though he spent three years and won a Super Bowl in Tampa Bay.
02:17And now he owns the Raiders like that guy couldn't have 5% here.
