00:00Really really grateful but super excited to get started. I feel privileged to sit

00:04here today. I understand what a privilege it is but also a wonderful opportunity.

00:09I became more and more sure that I was the right fit for the job. I feel like I

00:12bring a skill set and I've had a wonderful experience in some great

00:17organisations. I'm sure my idea around how I want the game to be played will give

00:23our players some freedom to express themselves with ball in hand and to be

00:26really aggressive in every phase of the game. Throughout the process I'm just

00:30going to just going to be authentically me and the more I was the more it became

00:36clear that that's what the Melbourne Footy Club needed as well. I want my

00:39players to drive to work every day to be with a massive smile on their face knowing

00:43they're going to be stimulated, have a lot of fun but be challenged as well. I want

00:46to take into their premiership experience that some of their players have already

00:49and then create something that's really unique to us but that gets after the

00:56competition.
