00:00Oh look, I was disappointed, there's no doubt about that, you know, but I certainly respect

00:05the fourth decision. But I'm disappointed because I think we're a hell of a lot close

00:09to turning our club and team back into a contender again than what people think. And I'm disappointed

00:18that I'm not able to work with this great bunch of players that I know that we've developed

00:22and spent a lot of time developing over time. And I'm disappointed I'm not going to be a

00:27part of that. You know, I think any time you undertake some change, whether that be personnel

00:31or the way you play, you know, it's going to take time and you know you're going to have

00:34challenges. And there's no doubt throughout this year our performances face challenges

00:38and I don't shy away from that. And some of those have been unacceptable, as we saw a couple

00:44of weeks ago. But those challenges, you're right and you work through it. Sometimes they

00:49can be really defining moments for your football team and your football club. And I thought

00:54the players, the way they responded last week, showed that, you know, there was a different

00:58mindset. There was a different approach.
