00:00A 3-0 win at Hillsborough against Sheffield Wednesday maintained Bristol City's unbeaten start to the championship season, much to the delight of Gerhard Struber.
00:10Yeah, I would say a great attitude from the boys.
00:14I think to play here against the opponent, this was in the end a tough game, but the boys take the mission in so a professional way.
00:25And we were so close to the match plan. The attitude was great from every single player.
00:32And this makes, in the end, the difference. And I'm very happy and very proud of my boys today.
00:38And perhaps a little bit of fortune with the first goal, but after six minutes, again, that fast start is becoming a big part of what you're doing here.
00:45Yeah, I think, of course, it was really good for us to come in scoring moments and realise so quick to be on the lead.
00:54I think this gives also us a push and this was not easy for them, especially our game tempo, our vertical branding today after transitions.
01:04Also how we create chances in the box, how we score. Yeah, it was really good and make us happy.
01:14And Bristol Rovers made it four League Two wins in a row as they defeated Barrow by two goals to one.
01:20Yeah, really pleased with the first half. I think there's bits that we want to unpick from the second half, to be fair.
01:28We've, you know, the discussion that we've had in there, we're pleased to be winning football matches.
01:31You know, that's four on the spin now and that's what we want to do. It's hard to win football matches.
01:35But we perhaps want to win them a little bit more convincingly than what we did in the second half.
01:39A little bit higher pressure on the ball for sure. But at the end of the day, we've won four on the spin, so we'll take it.
01:44You mentioned that first half there. Is that all you can ask for are two goals and really stop Barrow from creating anything?
01:49Yeah, and the energy, the intensity, being on the front foot, you know, without the ball, certainly the bits of quality to put the ball in the back of the net in the right moments.
01:56Yeah, absolutely. But obviously, a game of football is 90 plus minutes, not 45.
02:00So, yeah, we're always trying to be better and I'm sure that's a bit Olympic when we come back in on Monday.
02:04Yeah, looking at that starting team, Joel Senior comes in at right back.
02:07Is it really good to have depth across the squad that you can trust anyone coming in or coming out?
02:11Yeah, of course it is. And I thought Joel did his job really well.
