00:00Bristol City head coach Gerhard Struber has said that rest and recovery has been important for those still at Bristol City over the international break.
00:10Yes, I think we use it in more directions. Relax is also important, especially with the demand of trainings and games the last few weeks.
00:21But we enjoyed it and on the same time we had some good training sessions with the boys and it was a really good international break. I hope for everyone.
00:33Absolutely. Well, I appreciate Jason Knight's probably still en route back to Bristol, but generally is the squad fit and healthy going into the weekend?
00:41Yes, I think right now we jump successfully through the weeks and everyone is right now in a good way.
00:52The last time we spoke to you, the transfer window was still open. There's still two more days to go.
00:57How do you reflect on the final 48 hours of the transfer window where there were positives?
01:03Zach Viner staying at Bristol City, but you didn't also maybe get that last player into the building that maybe you were looking to bring in?
01:10Right now, I would say we have a good competition.
01:13However, Bristol City's Max Bird has said that the international break perhaps came at the wrong time for him, following him putting in a good performance in their victory over Hull City.
01:25Yeah, you could say that. Obviously a good result. Nice to get some more minutes. Felt good when I come on and obviously happy to get a goal as well.
01:36But yeah, you could say it came at the wrong time. It also came at a good time for us. I think we were in a good place, but maybe needed a bit of a rest.
01:47You know, it's obviously full on from pre-season into the season, new style of play, stuff like that.
01:53So yeah, we had a good break and ready to go again.
01:56And just talk to me about the last few months from pre-season and the injury to now forcing your way back into the first team.
02:05Yeah, it's been difficult. You know, we did a lot of work over the summer and then sort of had like a bit of a freakish injury.
