00:00Bristol City's Cameron Pring, who has recently signed a new contract at the club, has said that both he and the rest of his teammates at Ashton Gate want to go one better next season, following their qualification to last season's Championship Play-Offs, which saw them bow out at the semi-final stage against Sheffield United, 6-0 on aggregate.
00:20Like I said, all the boys are talking about wanting to go again and wanting to do one better, so it's a really exciting time for the club and we can all sort of feel the buzz around it and we're all really wanting to go again.
00:36And how much do you personally need a rest in the summer for coming back into pre-season?
00:40Yeah, the rest is well needed. It was a tough season for me really, sort of in and out of injuries and stuff like that, so I think the rest sort of come at a good time, but now it's about sort of staying fit and being ready for the next one.
00:52And how are you feeling after those couple of injuries?
00:55It feels good now. I feel really good, feel like I've recovered really well, don't feel any issues at all, so like I said, it's about staying fit now and giving myself the best chance for pre-season.
01:07And Bristol Rovers Director of Football Ricky Martin has made clear that the running of the gas from this season onwards will be much better as they look to get themselves back into England's third tier, which is League One, following their relegation back to the fourth tier at the end of last season.
01:27He says that decisions off the pitch at the club will be made properly and with due diligence in mind to make sure that the club is being run correctly.
01:35I think hopefully the supporters out there will see the way we're going to work going forward.
01:42We need to review things quickly. We don't want to sit and dally over things.
01:47We need to, once a decision's been made, we'll make that decision and then we'll move on.
01:51And that also, it just gives us enough time then to support people and to bring in the new players, the new staff, instructor, whatever that will be.
02:00So any decisions going forward, it won't be rushed. It will be done in a methodical way.
02:06We'll review things. We'll review it, evaluate it, discuss it.
02:09And then once the decision's made, that'll be final. And then we'll move on to the next one.
