Le Secrétaire au Trésor américain Scott Bessent a déclaré que les représentants des États-Unis et leurs homologues chinois étaient « très proches » d'un accord commercial concernant TikTok. Il s'exprimait depuis Madrid (Espagne), où les deux pays ont entamé un deuxième jour de discussions.
