Ukraine strikes one of Russia's top oil refineries, causing explosions and sparking fire

The oil facility is one of Russia’s largest, and is responsible for producing more than 350,000 barrels of crude oil daily. Kyiv says clamping down on Russia’s oil industry, which it says finances the Kremlin’s war, will pressure them towards agreeing to negotiate an end to the fighting.

00:36Ukraine's military says their strikes caused explosions and set a portion of the facility on fire.
00:42Russian officials say they downed over 80 Ukrainian drones, three of them above the facility,
00:48and say the fire was caused by the falling debris.
00:51Moscow did not detail the extent of the damage,
00:54but noted that no civilians were injured or killed in the attacks.
