00:17from being a P&D driver to being a line haul permanent line haul driver definitely

00:54something totally different I've shot a couple of videos but it's usually just
00:58been the hat cam the whole time but we're bringing out a few more a few more
01:03cameras to give you a few more angles so I'm going to need your input on that so

01:11into the ELD and then we're gonna go get a dolly and yeah we're gonna go stage up

05:23Alright guys, we are ready to rock and roll.
05:33Alright guys, I'll see you out there on the road on the way to Kansas City.
05:47Alright guys, we're out here on the road headed, we're about 84 miles to our exit, typically
05:55I'll go up 44 and then take the very last exit right before the state line between here and
06:04Missouri and then take 69 all the way up into Kansas City.
06:07It's a pretty straight shot, good road.
06:09I used to take 169 north out of Tulsa.
06:13They got so much construction up through there and detours, this is just a lot faster.
06:18But, I want to show you a couple different views.
06:21I don't even know how well they're going to work, if they're even worth doing.
06:25But this right here is a shot of, you know, of course what's going on in front of me.
06:30You can see the pack of trucks there coming on.
06:33I don't even know, again, these trucks don't have the best of headlights, so they're not LED, so I don't even know how well it's even going to show up on camera.
06:40Or if it's just going to be pitch dark, I don't know.
06:43And then the second view is going to be the end cab.
06:47Hey guys.
06:48And you might be saying, Chuck, you know, the YouTube police is going to come get you.
06:52Don't worry, this right here in my hand is a remote.
06:56All I do is press one button, it turns them on.
06:59I press the button right above it and it starts recording them.
07:02So, hands free other than pressing this button, but that's no different than going down there and turning on your AC.
07:07So, I'm not turning around, you know, trying to press buttons on cameras or anything like that.
07:12So, safety first, always.
07:15And then, of course, we have the hack cam that shows you, you know, GPS, you know, what's going on down here on the cluster.
07:22And, you know, this is where I get the audio for the different views because I think it just gives a better, you know, you can have the best footage, but if the audio sucks, nobody wants to watch.
07:36So, let me know down in the comments which one of these views you like.

07:44So, these videos typically on line haul are definitely going to be longer than normal than what I did in the city.
07:51Just because I want to be able to show you more stuff and, you know, help answer some questions from people.

08:03I'll take two or three of them every video and answer whatever questions you might have, whether it's about Estes, whether it's about finances, money.
08:11I talk about anything except for politics and religion.
08:14I've learned in my 46 years being upon this earth, there's a couple things you just don't want to talk about because it just stirs people up.
08:23So, I try to stay away from that.
08:24I have a very positive channel.
08:26I like to be positive, bring you some daylight in the midst of darkness that happens in our world today.

08:47Alright, well, we're coming into the Kansas City terminal here.
08:51We're about to be here in about seven minutes or so.
08:54But, we're coming into the, I think it's kind of like the Overton Park area.
08:58We're going to be making an exit here in about a mile, a little over a mile.
09:04That will take me down to where I'll make my exit for the terminal.
09:0936 degrees here.
09:12Making good time.
09:14Projected to be here right by 12.30.
09:18So, hopefully I can get out of there by 1.30.
09:21About an hour.
09:22I need to get some fuel, some DEF.
09:24All that you can get here at this particular terminal.
09:28And then, get the trailers hooked up.
09:32If I can get out of there in an hour, that would put me leaving around 1.30.
09:36That would put me back at the yard at 6.00.
09:38So, that would be nice.
09:40Be at home in bed by 7.00.
09:42Yeah, I planned on sharing a little bit more.
09:48But, I got to talk to another line haul drivers going down to Dallas.
09:53And, you know, that's what we do.
09:56You know, you've got guys that you call and you talk about all kinds of different stuff.
10:01Kind of keep you awake and, you know.
10:06It's nice to just click some miles away talking to people.
10:10So, make this exit here.
10:15You've got to take this real slow because you're also taking an exit right after this bridge.
10:22And, you don't want to be going that fast.
10:26To make this exit.
10:28The first night I ever did this was last March.
10:30And, it was quite a bit of rain.
10:32And, I come around this.
10:34And, a guy, I guess missed it the last minute.
10:37Tried to make this exit.
10:39Slid right off into that grass over there.
10:41Tractor trailer was all jackknifed right over there.
10:43And, this is a pretty good sized hill you go up here.
11:04Our terminal's back over there.
11:06All those lights you see over there.
11:08To the left.
11:11Off in that corner distance there.
11:15This will be the exit.
11:18I don't think I could just close the exit.

11:39At the exit of five, I was close.
11:43a lot of walmart trailers over there
12:07hopefully the yards nice and quiet I'm getting here kind of early earlier than you know typical
12:20usually get into this yard around 130 somewhere in there so we're getting in here at 12 1228
