00:27that Malacanang and the department are supposedly abusing the rule of the detention unit concerning consular visits.
00:34The Vice President claims she had received disturbing information from Malacanang
00:37that a report about her father was submitted to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. from the Philippine Embassy in the Netherlands.
00:44She also claims the welfare check was mere false pretense.
