00:06artistic director for Found in the Forest Youth Theatre

00:09here in the Wesley

00:12Art Centre in Sindicato.

00:14I've worked with the

00:15Abbey Wright who set this group up.

00:18I've been working with her for decades

00:19and decades and she trusts

00:21me to hold this amazing

00:23project while she's just had a

00:25baby so I'm going to be covering

00:27for eight or so months while

00:29she's on leave. What we do here

00:31is we're empowering young people

00:33to

00:34skill up, to become

00:37a community and we do make

00:39live performance that we will

00:41tour around the county

00:42and maybe even nationally

00:45and locally

00:47and the idea is

00:50that it's performing art so that's

00:51dance, music, theatre,

00:54acting, comedy

00:55it's all welcome here

00:57and we're inclusive and accessible.

00:59I think it's about

01:00supporting people to be away from

01:03their screens.

01:05It's about finding a way of

01:07connecting with other young people

01:09and being challenged

01:10and having fun.
