00:00Today we're at the Central Queensland Smart Cropping Centre in Emerald and we are at our
00:05Greek Northern Spices Winter Spice Trial looking at our kolonji and our fennel crops. We're having
00:11a fantastic season out here in Emerald. Our crops have established really well. There's been a little
00:16bit of winter rainfall that's helped to push them along. We have some fantastic kolonji here
00:21that's coming into pod at the moment. Full flower, lots of bees in it and we're looking at a really
00:28good crop here. We're hoping that we'll be over the tonne to the hectare of kolonji. Our fennel is
00:33also looking fantastic. We've got a planting that went in about two months ago. It's budding up and
00:39starting to come into flower and our planting that went in three months ago is already starting to set
00:44seed.
