Tough break for Raymond Cruz -- the actor who brought fan-fav villain Tuco Salamanca to life -- 'cause cops hauled him in this morning on suspicion of misdemeanor battery.

00:01On Breaking Bad, he played a homicidal, methed-out lunatic.

00:05In real life, he's accused of committing misdemeanor battery

00:08with water from a garden hose.

00:13His name is Raymond Cruz.

00:15He played Tuco Salamanca on Breaking Bad.

00:17He's a hardcore gangster.

00:18And he apparently was trying to wash his car in the Silver Lake area.

00:22Cruz tells us a woman pulls up and parks in a way where he can't wash the car.

00:26And he asks her if she would move. According to him, she gets defiant and says,

00:32uh, make me move.

00:34And at some point, he admits she got sprayed with the hose,

00:37but it's unclear if it was intentional.

00:39In any event, she calls the cops, they arrest him, and he's later released.

00:43Is it that bad? It's water.

00:45It is technically a battery.

00:47You can't get hurt by water.

00:48Yes, you can. Are you kidding me?

00:50There's no allegation she was hurt.

00:53This is insane.

00:55Still, you can't just spray people with a freaking hose. Allegedly.
