00:00So the Albion has been here for a very long time. It's part of the rich history of the

00:14Braidwood community. We were very fortunate to be able to acquire the business back in December

00:222023 and when we did take over the business we had a really strong view around keeping all of the

00:31things that the locals love about the Albion the same and we deliberately kept the menu and the

00:37interiors exactly as it was because there were a lot of locals that really loved and felt very

00:43connected to this space. Obviously over time we've also been able to evolve that offering and put our

00:49own touch on that and that's what we're really proud of today. We saw this opportunity for us to

00:54offer a dinner service as well, something that would complement the offering across Braidwood but

01:01also provide a slightly more elevated dining option for people both locally and people that are

01:06travelling through Braidwood.
