00:00Just prior to midnight last night being Saturday, the 6th of September,
00:06police were engaged in a pursuit in the Scone area where unfortunately a vehicle
00:14subject to that pursuit has crashed with five occupants on board.
00:18There was a 14-year-old driver identified at the scene, trapped in the vehicle.
00:23A 17-year-old passenger in the front seat has subsequently died at the scene.
00:29The three other occupants, a 14-year-old boy, a 17-year-old boy and a 25-year-old female,
00:35were also taken to the hospital where they remain undergoing treatment.
00:40The 14-year-old driver was released from the vehicle and he was taken to the hospital
00:45and as a result of that, a critical incident investigation has been established
00:49to examine the circumstances of the shooting.
