00:00We're here in Wordsley and we're here at Fairhaven Under Five Centre. So it's a nursery isn't it
00:06ladies? It is. And you've been in, we're here at the front we've got manager, what's your name?
00:12Mrs Carter. And assistant manager? Mrs Lewis. And then give yourselves a shout out at the
00:17back ladies, what are your names? Mrs Baker, Mrs Sheldon, Mrs Titler, Mrs Sims. So it came to that
00:25point, that nervous point at Ofsted Inspection. You've done well, look at this, outstanding.
00:32Now it's not your first outstanding is it? No, it's not our first outstanding. How many have you had
00:37now outstandings? We've had four consecutive outstanding. That's fantastic isn't it? So
00:43it's, was it six years since your last one? Since the previous inspection yes. And the way it works
00:49is if they come and like what you're doing, they kind of, they leave you to it for a little while
00:53don't they? That's right. But it must be just a great sense of relief when you, when you get that,
00:57that pat on the back saying you're doing something right. Yeah, it was a really good rewarding
01:03recognition. And the staff team work extremely hard, which I'm really grateful for. But the day
01:10went very smoothly. We were, all did what we do every single day anyway. But yeah, really proud of
01:17the achievement. So how many children do you have here roughly? We have round about 20 per session,
01:23sometimes a little bit less. But it's quite a nice small group. And the children are aged between
01:28two and four years old. And we were having a little chat earlier, you were saying it's almost
01:33like a preschool feel really, because you don't have the baby. So it's kind of really does play
01:37that part in getting the kids ready for the, for the bigger school for the next stage. Yeah,
01:40that's right. We spend a lot of work preparing them for that transition into primary school,
01:45but also caring for those younger ones as well. So adapting to their needs.
01:49Yes. And what's quite nice is you're actually on the site here of the school. So the school's
01:55just clocked off and you've just seen some old faces who've come through your doors previously,
01:58haven't they? They've been giving you a cuddle and saying hello.
02:00That's right. It's lovely to see them go through the school and still keep in touch with them.
02:05And often their siblings come along to us as well. So it's a continuous community feel.
02:11So what is special about your centre then? You know, why is it you've got this outstanding?
02:19I think it's definitely the staff team, the way they work together, their professionalism
02:26and definitely their knowledge, qualifications and experience.
02:31Fantastic. Well, well done to all involved ladies. Give yourselves a round of applause.
02:34Thank you. Thank you, everybody.
