00:00A bus driver has been taken to hospital and several passengers and pedestrians
00:04injured after a bus mounted the pavement near London Victoria Station on Thursday morning.
00:09Emergency services were called to Victoria Street at around 8.20am following reports of a collision
00:14involving the vehicle and multiple pedestrians. Several people on board the bus including the
00:19driver as well as pedestrians in the area were hurt in the incident and are being taken to
00:23hospital for treatment. The Met Police said there were no fatalities but a Transport for London
00:28source said initial reports suggest at least 14 people may have been injured. That number is
00:33subject to change. The Met Police also confirmed no arrests have been made and an investigation
00:38has been launched into the collision.
