00:04The first indication we have that this is not normal was when we went to America in 2012 to advertise the second series.
00:13And as part of the junket there, we were invited to the British ambassador's residence in Washington,
00:19where the great and the good and the liver spotted and the face-packed of Washington behaved disgracefully.
00:24And at 10 o'clock at night, we were whisked away from a private tour of the White House
00:27because it was Michelle Obama's favourite programme.
