00:00Yeah, I don't know that the external expectation will ever exceed the internal expectation.

00:03I mean, it's what we expect from ourselves is to be the best and to be at the top of the end.

00:09And so there is no external, anything anybody can say or think that's different than the pressure we put on ourselves.

00:17So we put that urgency and expectation on ourselves every single day.

00:22I'm excited. That's why you do this job.

00:23I think we're kind of sick in a way where we just we want the pressure.

00:27You want the naysayers. You want all that.

00:30You want to walk into an environment where people don't like you and you've got to put your best foot forward and walk out the victors.

00:35So I think that's what excites me the most about getting ready for a game week on the road.

00:40Just all those things come to fruition and you've got to show up and be ready to roll.

00:44Jack, a couple of questions. You've mentioned a lot that you have notes on players that you take.

00:50Those handwritten notes, can you type those out and what's the process?

00:53It's handwritten. I can't. Notability. I don't know what that is.

00:57That's every coach uses on our staff. They all have their iPads or computer.

01:00I don't know what they are. Laptops, iPads, surfaces, whatever you call them.

01:04They have the little magic pens. I just have a notebook and a pen and I can't.

01:10I hardly know how to work my iPad sometimes other than to watch my game or watch film.

01:16But, yeah, I've got I've got all my little black moleskin notebooks and my same pen I use.

01:21I can't. Doug can tell you what what caliber it is or whatever it is.

01:25But it's got to be specific. I'll notice the second it's not right.

01:28Yeah. And I'll throw it at somebody and move on to the next one.

01:30Is it the kind of handwriting that only you can read or can others read?

01:34It depends on the day. It depends.

01:36I really like, especially when I'm making players on notes, for it to be perfect.

01:42Sometimes if it's a daily task, it gets a little more illegible.

01:46That maybe it's just shorthand so that I know what I'm talking about.
