00:00So, unlike the last time we were broken into, this time, unfortunately, nobody's come to actually steal anything from us.
00:12We had a car that on CCTV we can see has come down our road, has slammed on their brakes, has reversed back, come into our car park,
00:21just turned around and then waited for a while and then reversed straight into our front entrance at an angle.
00:27So, it's taken out the whole of the front window and door systems that we've got.
00:34Didn't gain entry. It didn't look like they were looking to gain entry.
00:39It just looked like vandalism more than anything.
00:42So, just mindless vandalism, basically.
00:47They were just trying to cause chaos. They weren't trying to steal anything.
00:51And I think that's when you can come to terms with things quite easily,
00:56because at least if, like what happened last time when we were broken into, they broke through the lock,
01:01opened the doors, came in, took a sofa out and drove off.
01:05And the worst of that was losing a sofa, which obviously that's what insurance is there for, and a replacement lock.
01:13It didn't cause too much carnage, apart from the, you know, the sort of sadness around it.
01:19Whereas this time, this has caused a huge amount of damage to our complete frontage.
01:24Done at an angle, so they're not coming through the front doors.
01:27They've done it so that it comes through the glass as well.
01:29It's caused, as I say, a huge amount of damage.
01:32And they haven't come to take anything.
01:33So, it's really hard then to put into words what has happened,
01:38because somebody's just done it as a deliberate act of violence, or vandalism, I should say,
01:44without wanting to get anything from it.
01:48It's just very strange. Very, very strange.
