00:00We respect your relation with India. That's perfectly fine.
00:04We also want to build very strong relations.
00:07Thank you very much, Excellency President Vladimir Putin,
00:14for sparing your precious time for this meeting.
00:19And we're meeting after, as you said rightly, after Astana last July.
00:26And I can say with a sense of confidence that together we have been making very serious and sincere efforts
00:37to promote our bilateral relations, particularly in the field of commerce trade.
00:46And last year we saw our bilateral trade had a spike.
00:52We imported oil from Russia.
00:58And that led to increase in our bilateral trade.
01:04Our relations have been on the improve in the last many years.
01:10But due to your personal commitment and interest, and I must say that I've been also very keen to strengthen our bilateral relations,
01:23I think we are in the right direction.
01:27And after our meeting in Astana, there has been flurry of visits, delegation between the two countries.
01:37Your Honorable Deputy Prime Minister visited Islamabad, Russian delegations visited Pakistan.
01:46Our delegations have been there in the last one year.
01:50Recently, Mr. Fatmi has been there and Mr. Harun Akhtar have been there.
01:57And we have signed protocols in terms of how to promote our cooperation in the field of agriculture,
02:08in the field of iron and steel, energy, transport, corridor from Belarus, and then Russia, Kazakhstan,
02:23Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan.
02:27I think this is a very important corridor.
02:29So I think, Your Excellency, all this put together reflects beyond any ray of doubt,
02:37a very keen commitment on your part and our part to build our relations.
02:44And thank you very much for your invitation to visit your great country.
02:52And I will be very happy to be there because I have been to your country since ages I have not been there.
02:59So I must go to Moscow and refresh my good old memories of my younger days.
03:06Your Excellency, I'd like to also thank you for supporting Pakistan and trying to have a balancing act, I think, in the region.
03:21I know and I must say that we have – we respect your relation with India.

03:27But we also want to build very strong relations.
03:31And these relations will be supplementary and complementary for the good and for the progress and prosperity of the region,
