00:00I mean, when you look at the pictures coming out of China and you see Prime Minister Modi
00:05there at the Shanghai Corporation Organization, I mean, it's not new, India's membership.
00:11India joined that organization in 2017.
00:14But do you get the impression India has taken this relationship up a level?
00:18Well, not really.
00:20I think that summits always have a lot of spectacle and photo ops among the leaders
00:26and things like that.
00:28So, you know, they always grab eyeballs.
00:32That's obviously the purpose of summits.
00:34And I think this particular summit taking place in China, which Modi is going to now,
00:43he is visiting after seven years because his last visit to China was in 2018.
00:48And after 2020, though he has met Xi Jinping at other multilateral events, he has not had
00:58a visit to China.
01:00So in that sense, the significance is of a visit to China, while the boundary issue is still
01:08not fully settled, I would say.
01:13You
