00:00yeah it's been going really really well we spent a long time working on this it's a big project we

00:13put a lot of blood sweat and tears into this but we're really happy with the way it came out and

00:18I think everyone's been really supportive and receptive for not only the the food we're doing

00:24but the way that it looks and feels when you come in so really happy this was original Jim's ice

00:29cream building and we just we we thought we had a duty to to do the right thing and make this something

00:36really neat and interesting for all the local Nova Castro ends and and we love the building we think

00:43it's great and you know it really suits our vibe so we're really happy it's a hard-working machine

00:48this is our second tortilla machine and it does a lot of work for us and make all our corn tortillas

00:52fresh every day and we've got some really skilled people that work with the machine that know how

00:58to how to use it how to run it all the intricacies but it does a lot of tortillas for us up to a

01:05thousand and an hour but that's what allows us to do fresh corn chips every day some great nachos

01:10great tacos everything you know a few a few things that I've always loved and have always thought about

01:16bringing onto the menu and are absolutely delicious and yeah stay tuned
