Miami Dolphins Name Their Captains and Tyreek Hill Is Not One Of Them

The Miami Dolphins reveal their captains for 2025 season and news from De’Von Achane. Some eyebrows are left raised after Tyreek Hill was left off the team captains list...  The Miami Dolphins also announced that tomorrow they have a behind the scenes “Under The Sun” that will premiere on YouTube.

00:04The big news, Devon A. Chan is going to be back at practice,

00:08so that's good.

00:09Devon A. Chan is going to be ready and raring to go,

00:14it seems like, for this week one against the Indianapolis Colts.

00:17On the road, this is a don't lose for the Miami Dolphins.

00:21I cannot stress that enough, and if you guys don't know what that means,

00:25I don't know what to tell you,

00:27but I'm letting you know now, Dolphins.

00:30This is a don't lose.

00:31The Dolphins have also revealed their 2025 captains,

00:37and here is the crew.

00:40They have six captains this year,

00:43which I believe is the fewest they've had in a while.

00:47Tua is a captain.

00:49Alec Ingold, captain.

00:53Aaron Brewer, who everybody's been saying in the locker room

00:56has been acting like a true leader.

00:58Captain.

00:59Jordan Brooks, captain.

01:03Bradley Chubb, captain.

01:06And Seeler it on up.

01:10Zach Seeler's a captain as well.

01:12So those are your captains.

01:13As you'll notice, no Tyreek Hill.

01:16Tyreek Hill, not a captain.

01:18Not surprising he's not a captain.

01:20I don't think at all.

01:21I think that that has been kind of known basically since how last year ended.

01:26So he is, he is absolutely,

01:31he is absolutely was not going to get the captaincy this year.

01:34And so I am, I'm not surprised by that.

01:38Will it be a thing?

01:39I don't know.

01:40He'll talk about it.

01:41I'm sure at one point this week,

01:42I think that Tyreek has been doing the best job to have as little drama as possible.

01:55It wasn't going to happen.

01:57Everybody else.

01:57I don't think there's anything, any real surprises.

01:59Everybody else is like, okay, Zach Seeler.

02:03He's been the epitome of everything.

02:04We know Alec Ingold is always kind of one of their guys, Chubbs veteran, uh, Jordan

02:10Brooks and Brewer they've been talking about until you got the quarterback.

02:13So no real surprises in that group there as they get ready for this, uh, this week against

02:19the Indianapolis Colts.

02:22They did announce though.

02:23This was a little surprising.

02:24The dolphins announced that they are dropping a series on YouTube.

02:30I saw that.

02:31It's called under the sun and it's premiering tomorrow.

02:35I guess it's going to be basically their version of hard, hard knocks, which I'm all for.

02:40I love behind the scenes stuff.

02:42I love that stuff.

02:43The season that we had hard knocks in season.

02:46It was so fun.

03:02Like I loved it.

03:04I, every single weekend, me and my cousin would sit down and we were like ready with

03:07our popcorn to watch like the behind the scenes of, of what happened.

03:12And this is, and look, they've, they've neutered hard knocks.

03:15I mean, this year has been with the bills just terrible.

03:18I just feel like there's such an not like, I don't want to say uninteresting because that

03:21sounds mean, but like I'm also not trying to be nice to the bills.

03:24They're just like, they don't have enough characters.

03:28They don't have enough like controversy.

03:30I don't know.

03:31Like they're not an interesting team, like an interesting enough team for me to feel like

03:38hard knocks would be interesting for them.

03:40No, they, they're not an interesting team, but it also feels like they're going out of

03:44their way to even be more uninteresting than they typically are.

03:47So I think like, you're right there, they, they, they themselves are boring, but I feel

03:54like they are by just nature trying to make themselves even more boring than they have

04:00It has legitimately been, and I even tried, like I went back and I, and I watched like,

04:04you know, I watched the first two episodes and I'm like, this is terrible.

04:08And then I'm like, all right, maybe number three.

04:10No, terrible.

04:11Well, I was, I, I don't watch, I didn't watch it, but I was at my cousin's house the other

04:15day and my uncle had it on and I was like, this is such a snooze fest.

04:19It is a snooze fest.

04:20It was no, there's, there's no, there's no ifs, ands, or buts about it.

04:24The only interesting part was when they like, we're talking to this woman at a bar and she

04:28started crying about the thought of them winning a Superbowl.

04:31I don't need to see those stupid bills.

04:36I was like, if you know, like the most interesting thing about you is your fans, because at least

04:41they're interesting.

04:42Let me, let me, let me, let me just explain something to everybody.

04:44You could literally find lady on the bar for any fan base you wanted to.

04:51You could, I mean, there's going to be some, if you went the, the, the span of the fan base

04:57is all of it, you could find, you could find the Jaguars homeless lady, and you could say

05:01she'd probably cry over that.

05:03You could find, you know, some fan from, you know, from some dolphins fan.

05:09There's some other lady who would probably be crying on a bar.

05:11It doesn't make you special.

05:12It looks, it makes you a good fan, you know, that you care that much, but it's not unique

05:17to the bills.

05:18And they, they make it seem like this is some bypass that they're better fans because they're

05:23idiots that jumped through tables.

05:24And they had, they had, um, the part where the guy, they were having a whole thing about

05:29this guy who a Jets fan moved in next to him.

05:31And he was like, that made me so angry.

05:33Oh, I saw that too.

05:34Yeah.

05:34He was like, he goes, I had to step up my game.

05:37Like, good for you, dude.

05:38Their house was painted Bill's colors.

05:41I don't think my wife would go for that.

06:05have ever fanned because they throw piss snowballs out of the people.

06:15going to do their own, uh, their own in-house thing.
