00:30ECW, in its infinite wisdom, allowed Dusty Rhodes to put his filthy hands on a network
00:38executive. ECW, do you really think you need any more heat with this network than you've
00:42already got? Which brings me to my next topic. The world television champion, Rob Van Dam,
00:49has broken his leg. And while no one feels worse for Rob Van Dam than we caring souls of the network,
00:58we can't be expected to just wait around while Rob Van Dam gets better. I mean, come on. This is
01:06television. This is a network. Ratings are dropping. Channels are changing, people. Money is going out
01:13the door. We need to address this situation. You see, Rob Van Dam may well have been the whole
01:18effing show. But when the whole effing show has a broken leg, we at the network find ourselves with
01:23no effing show. And that is unacceptable. The world television title will be defended on television.
01:31And we all know that TNN is the main television outlet for ECW. So you see, in my capacity as technical
01:41wrestling advisor to TNN, I and my infinite wisdom have come up with a tremendous solution to this
01:49conundrum of Rob Van Dam's broken leg. And the network is behind me 100 percent. And we're going to
01:54follow through with this. My decision and the decision of the network is that Rob Van Dam will be
02:00stripped of the ECW world television title by none other than ECW itself. Now let's just get this
02:09straight. This isn't a suggestion. This is not a production note. ECW, you will acquiesce. You will
02:17comply. You will do what the network and I tell you to do. So you see, ECW, I'll let you know what
02:32we're going to do with your ECW world TV title. And by the way, you complaining about not getting your
