00:00I'm just heading out of Old Trafford, the windy and rainy Old Trafford where Burnley have been cruelly beaten 3-2 by Manchester United.
00:09A lot to get through. To sum it up, Scott Parker was understandably very angry, very animated during his press conference.
00:19A game dominated by the AR control C, which is probably something we can get used to this season.
00:24Better start with the good things. Burnley played for the second half really well and deserved a point for their second half performance.
00:30First half could have been out of it, really surprisingly off the pace, far too much space in behind.
00:36United saw the reaction from a pretty horrible week for them.
00:41From Burnley's side they could have done it much, much better. Lucky to only be 1-0 down at half time.
00:47Second half, fought back not once, not twice. At one point the game was all over the place.
00:53It was basketball, it was end to end. At 2-2 that was.
00:56And then just as it looked like it was dying down towards the end, Burnley settling for the point,
01:02nothing really was happening other than a few crosses into the box and there's all the basic stuff.
01:08And then there's a penalty.
01:11At the 91st minute, Jay Nantony does pull the shirt off at Ahmed Diallo,
01:15but Diallo can't wait to throw himself to the ground.
01:18Again, the frustration is the referee didn't give it. After a lengthy delay, it's then overturned and Bruno Fernandes puts it away.
01:27Honestly just compounds the frustration after Burnley denied a goal earlier in the second half.
01:33Lyle Foster, who scored the first. He could have gotten the score sheet again.
01:37Again, last week as well. He had one ruled out, so he's having no luck.
01:40And it's, again, it's one of those typical ones. You've probably seen it on social media already.
01:43The stills, the lines. I hate to be that guy. I hate the whole whataboutery about football,
01:49but I'm not sure what part of his body is offside. If it is, there's no advantage whatsoever.
01:54But as Scott Parker said, that's the way football's going. It's coming down to millimetres and there you go.
02:01So right now, Scott Parker's players and the fans will be feeling very frustrated and angry.
02:06They will obviously be taking the brunt of the frustration.
02:10But once it died down, Burnley can reflect on a really positive performance.
02:14Again, they've shown they can compete with these teams. They can play in a way that will get them results in the Premier League.
02:19So, yeah, frustrating to lose. But I think international players should come back with, yeah, be positive.
02:26It's still a good start. Three points from three games. A really good start for Burnley, compared it to last time anyway.
02:33It's frustrating the way it ended here, because the point would have been deserved and it would have been a really good point as well.
02:39But onwards we go.
