Transcript
00:00Heading out of Turf Moor. You can probably tell by the mood around me, Burnley I've just been beaten by a sucker punch right at the end against Liverpool, losing 1-0.
00:10Very similar story to Old Trafford a couple of weeks ago for the international break. Burnley were exceptional, deserved the point, did everything right, everything they needed to do to kick Liverpool out.
00:22It looked like we were heading towards a clean sheet and a 0-0 draw. But again, 93rd minute, a deep bit of stoppage time.
00:30Referee Michael Oliver, who certainly wasn't the most popular man here during the game itself, awarding Liverpool a penalty.
00:37Hannibal the man giving it away. Ping-pong's cross, Hannibal turns his back and it sort of ricochets into his elbow.
00:44There weren't too many appeals, although it was one of those where he's only three or four yards away from the ball and then Mo Salah does the rest.
00:51Burnley down to 10 minute at that point, Lesley, a good truck crew. Dismissed, two yellow cards.
00:56But they looked like they were holding on. It was superb all day. It wasn't like Liverpool missed loads and loads of clear-cut chances.
01:04Yes, it was an attack against defence. Yes, it was a lot of possession, 80% possession I think they finished with.
01:11Tony defended superbly. They did have moments on the attack as well, on the counter, two or three moments.
01:17But 0-0 would have more deserved that. But again, it's just cruel, it's heartache right out of the dead.
01:24Somehow they've lost three out of their first game, four games, despite doing very little wrong.
01:30I suppose that's the Premier League for you.
01:32Indeed.
