This is a video walkthrough of how to do a low frequency Bioscan and create a unique personal wellness program to support healing in your body. The preset was designed to be used with the Spooky2 XM Generator, Spooky2 Remote, and Spooky2 Pulse. It uses a Pulse shell.
Spooky2 Pulse and Remote can be used on a Pro generator.

The scan may not work properly if you use methods other than Pulse. You need to be comfortable, fully relaxed and laying down flat, without moving your body during the scan.

Please watch the entire video & read the description so you'll know how to run the scan correctly and interpret your results!

To save your Reverse Lookups use a folder organization plan that works best for you.

Pause any other remotes you have running during the scan, it may interfere with your results.

To do your scan, download the shell preset below and follow the instructions in the video and description. If you have already downloaded the shell from the Spooky2 Blog, discard that one and use this one. To place the preset in the correct folder, follow this path: C:\Spooky2\Preset Collections\Biofeedback\Spooky Pulse\General.

The XM generator does the initial scan in about five minutes and provides accurate results. Results vary from individual to individual. Some damage reverses quickly, other conditions may take longer.

Your first scan should be run with a .5 Hz step size to establish your base frequencies from the Spooky2 database. After that, a deep scan may provide some interesting results. For a deep scan, set the step size to .05 Hz. The scan will take about 40 minutes. The deep scan can uncover damage not listed in the frequency database. You can even do a scan with a .01 Hz step size, but it takes 3 hours.

Your body keeps a record of every illness that you have ever had, and any damage that was ever done. This is the damage we want to remove.

00:00Hi everyone, this is a walkthrough on how to create a low-frequency bioscan using SpookySquared.
00:10Now if you've done bioscans in the past, you've probably been using the high-frequency bioscans
00:17that are designed to identify pathogens and create frequencies that destroy the pathogens.
00:25This low-frequency scan is quite different in that what we're looking for is damage that has been done to the internal organs
00:34or to any part of your body as a result of illness.
00:39I started my study of resonant frequencies for the human body, and there's been a lot of research on this.
00:45For example, the average frequency for the entire body ranges anywhere from about 3.5 to 5 hertz.
00:53It's all very low-frequency stuff.
00:56Now we can look at additional things, different parts of the body.
01:01For example, the forearm, 16 to 30 hertz, spine, 10 to 12 hertz, stomach, 4 to 8 hertz, chest, 10 to 50 hertz.
01:11As a whole, the range of resonant frequencies for the body and all of the internal organs
01:16ranges from 1 hertz, or actually a little bit less than 1 hertz, to 100 hertz.
01:23As I continued my research into the resonant frequencies of the body,
01:28I noticed that the bio database has a lot of programs that use low-frequency healing.
01:37All these programs have one thing in common.
01:40The frequencies stay at 100 hertz or below.
01:43There's just all kinds of stuff here.
01:46Adiposity, adrenal cortex, adrenal gland disorders, and it's a big list.
01:53The bio database is a good-sized database.
01:57But the thing that all of this has in common is that these therapeutic programs are all within
02:04the range of the resonant frequencies of the human body, which might range to less than 1
02:10to 100 hertz.
02:12So I took this as my first clue as far as developing a program for finding damage in the body.
02:20I used the Scan and Heal for Contact or Remote shell to create the preset shell.
02:29I made a few modifications in this to make it more usable for low-frequency scanning.
02:35I renamed it Scan and Heal Low Frequency.
02:38You can paste it in your BioScans folder.
02:41One thing I do want to mention before we begin the scan is that I have never used any contact
02:51apparatus, you know, like TENS pads or anything like that.
02:54In order to do the scan, I always run it through the remote.
02:57And the reason I do that is because I really believe the energy needs to travel through the
03:03DNA before anything else.
03:06And all the treatments I've done are by remote.
03:09I've never done a contact treatment because I honestly don't believe they're necessary
03:13with this type of program.
03:15The main thing is the contact treatments will be pretty long and they're not really necessary
03:19if you triple up on your remote treatments.
03:24In other words, stack three treatments in your preset and then you can add in something else.
03:31But I'll get into the details a little bit more about that in just a minute.
03:35Now that we have the preset loaded, we can do a scan.
03:38We'll click on our scan and heal, low frequency, go to control, overwrite the generator.
03:46Two things are real important.
03:47You need to be sure that the advanced features are toggled.
03:51And also you need to re-scan devices if you just plugged in your pulse because it needs
03:58to register the spooky pulse.
04:00All right, you'll notice that these frequency numbers are very much different than the killing
04:06scans that are in the tens of thousands and hundreds of thousands.
04:10The starting frequency is one hertz.
04:13The finish frequency is 100 hertz.
04:16Remember, we're only looking at the internal organs and those resonant frequencies.
04:19The initial step size is 0.5, five-tenths of one hertz.
04:25Maximum hits defined.
04:26You could do 20, 30, or 40.
04:28I think 40 probably is about as big as it needs to get.
04:31I like doing 40 because that gives me a one-hour runtime on the healing program if I use a dual
04:38output.
04:39I can run that three times in the preset, and then I still have an hour left over for
04:45an antiseptic detox, which is a real good thing to be running, too.
04:49Or some other program.
04:50You can combine it with anything.
04:52But how you do yours is entirely up to what your routine is.
04:57I mean, you may want to do it just 20 hits, do a shorter runtime, run it three times, or
05:0230 hits, et cetera.
05:03I'm using the beats per minute for the biofeedback variable, minimal value.
05:11We're not running any hits.
05:12Single scan is all we need to do.
05:15The initial step size is 0.5, five-tenths of one hertz.
05:19So there's really no need to refine hits.
05:22The results that I've gotten have always been, at the very most, one-tenth of a hertz off,
05:29or maybe two-tenths of a hertz off on occasion, but that's not very often.
05:33A lot of the times, the scan frequency is equivalent to one of the frequencies in the
05:38program database.
05:40Use the running average.
05:42Okay, if you have all that set up, you're ready to start your scan.
05:46And after the scan finishes, we'll take a look at the reverse lookup, and we'll create
05:51a program.
05:52This is a result from a sample scan I ran about a week or so ago.
05:56And I only ran it with frequencies between 1 and 20 hertz, just to illustrate what this
06:05whole thing looks like when you get a result.
06:08When I do my reverse lookup, most of the time I don't include harmonics, although if you want
06:13more information and possible relationships with pathogens and things like that, then you
06:20can certainly include the harmonics.
06:22I would typically use this set, which I probably can't pronounce.
06:28Fibonacci?
06:29I have no idea.
06:31For this sample, I'm not going to include the harmonics.
06:33I just want to illustrate how accurate this thing is.
06:38Okay, I did the reverse lookup, and here we go.
06:42Now, I use a limited number of database programs, BIO, CAFL, PROV, and extra most of the time
06:52because I've always gotten great results with them.
06:54I honestly don't feel any need to go outside of that.
06:57Everybody has their favorites, and I think that has a lot to do with individual differences.
07:02The one thing I do want to mention before I get into the results is that when you've had
07:07a chronic illness, it does a lot of damage to your body.
07:11I mean, I was a type 2 diabetic for over 15 years.
07:16You know, between the type 2 diabetes and the metabolic syndrome, it damaged a lot of
07:20things.
07:21I mean, it damaged my circulations, my muscle, some arrhythmia, and a few other heart problems.
07:27You know, kidneys, it affects your kidneys.
07:29It affects your nerves.
07:30It just affects everything.
07:32So, I want to go through this and just show the relevance.
07:36Now, you need to validate your frequencies, and the way you do that is just based on your
07:42self-knowledge.
07:44And if you have a diagnosis, a medical diagnosis, that's even helpful.
07:48That's helpful too.
07:50So, let's look at these.
07:51And I'm just going to show you which ones relate to me.
07:54All right.
07:54Peripheral nervous system in the pancreas, that's all tracing back to the diabetes because
08:01there's peripheral nervous system damage.
08:05Ligaments could be better.
08:06Kidneys.
08:07Of course, the diabetes affects the kidneys.
08:10My back muscles were damaged.
08:13I could use a little analgesic effect.
08:15Why not?
08:16Okay.
08:17That was 9.7, and you can see all of these are exact matches.
08:215 hertz.
08:22There's a bunch of these now.
08:24Anti-convulsive effect and anti-spastic effect.
08:28Those are, and anti-stress.
08:30Those are all very relevant for me because I had a head injury when I was younger and ended
08:37up with some seizure activity.
08:38It's not real serious, but it can be irritating.
08:43Fortunately, I found a program in the Spooky2 database that just takes the punch out of
08:48that, and I don't have any problems with it.
08:52Delta Rhythm.
08:52That's a good one.
08:53Cancer prevention.
08:54I'll go with any day.
08:56Okay.
08:56Heart.
08:57Cardiac center pilot frequencies.
08:59That's absolutely relevant.
09:02Deep cleaning of organism.
09:03Diabetes.
09:04Imagine that, huh?
09:06Insomnia.
09:07I could sleep better than I do.
09:10I don't really have insomnia, but I could definitely use some improvement in my sleep.
09:15Okay.
09:16Now we're going to come back to sleep.
09:18Regulation dysfunction and regulation.
09:20That's all related there.
09:22Okay.
09:23Generally, I don't wake up quite as refreshed as I would like to feel, so sleep regulations
09:29are real important.
09:30Systemic conditions?
09:31Absolutely.
09:32Tonsillitis.
09:33Now, that's a funny one because I did have tonsils when I was a kid, so this thing is
09:39uncovering damage that occurred, oh my gosh, 70 years ago?
09:46So it's tracing back to things that happened a long time ago, and that's the beauty of the
09:51whole thing is because it could do that.
09:53But this one comes up from time to time, and I don't know that this is relevant to me, but
09:59since it has turned up several times, I'm going to keep that number anyway.
10:02All right.
10:03Bronchitis.
10:04I definitely have that.
10:06Bronchiolasma.
10:06Eh, not really, but there's no reason not to keep that.
10:10Let's look at this now.
10:1115 hertz.
10:12Boy, there's a lot of stuff there.
10:14Dental and jawbone infections.
10:16Yes, I do have some dental infections.
10:19Cardiac rhythm, cardiac, cardiac, it's all very important stuff there.
10:24Again, the brain activity all relates back to the head injury.
10:30Blood pressure balance, sounds good to me.
10:33Emotional balance, sounds good to me.
10:36Energy and vitality, that's very important.
10:40Heart activation, healing center, absolutely relevant.
10:43Heart activation here.
10:45Heart rate, absolutely relevant.
10:46High blood sugar, absolutely.
10:50I don't really have high blood pressure.
10:53I think a lot of these are more about blood pressure balance.
10:57Nerves restoration, that's very relevant.
11:01You see the pancreas comes up again.
11:03Tonsillitis, yep, that keeps coming up.
11:06Varicose veins, I absolutely do have varicose veins.
11:08Okay, now, you're going to see some things from time to time where there's no match in the database.
11:17And I want to go into a little bit of detail about that.
11:20First, I'll just mention this, okay.
11:22The restorative sleep and the calming four, all that has to do is sleep.
11:28It didn't have anything real.
11:29It was a previous scan that came out with 13.2.
11:32Now, this is the thing I want to point out.
11:35These frequencies come up in more than one scan.
11:39I don't think that's a coincidence.
11:41I think that's very relevant if you see the same number come up in more than one scan.
11:47And here's why.
11:49You may not be an exact match for something that's in the database.
11:52I mean, we have a big database, but it's not infallible.
11:55And it doesn't take into consideration an individual difference in the sense that the database programs are not based on my DNA.
12:06They're not based on your DNA.
12:08They're not based on my resonant frequencies in my body.
12:12And they're not based on the resonant frequencies of all the organs in your body.
12:15So when you see something come up more than once, you know what?
12:19That's the frequency you want to keep.
12:20Because that is something that is relevant to you.
12:26It comes up more than once.
12:28So there's something going on there.
12:30And this is probably the last one I'll do here.
12:34I just want to use this as an illustration.
12:37I've had respiratory infections, spasm, anti-stress, absolutely.
12:46Astral projection, not today.
12:48Bone regeneration is very important because I have had some osteopenia.
12:56Central nervous system.
12:57See, that goes right back to the diabetes.
13:03Okay, all this detox.
13:05Look at this now.
13:06Lymphs, toxins, toxins, toxins.
13:08Isn't that great?
13:09That covers a lot of detox.
13:12Eema and swelling.
13:13Now, I don't have any now, but I have had it in the past.
13:19So this is pulling up some old damage, things that have happened in the past.
13:24Same with the tonsillitis.
13:27And if you go through enough of these, you're going to find that it actually warns you about
13:31things that could happen in the future.
13:34I've noticed several of those things coming up.
13:38Fat burn, I could definitely use that.
13:40Insomnia, irritation.
13:42Yeah, I get irritated sometimes.
13:43Because limp, look at all this now.
13:45Lymphs and detox.
13:46Isn't that great?
13:47Look at all that.
13:51Quieting, regeneration and healing.
13:52Absolutely.
13:53Regeneration.
13:55And here we go back to tonsillitis again.
13:57See, that comes up a lot.
13:5818.7, I don't necessarily see any matches, but because of the accuracy of everything else,
14:04I don't see any reason to eliminate it or discard it.
14:10I mean, maybe it's just something where I scratch my nose during the scan, you know.
14:15Maybe it isn't, but it's not going to hurt anything to keep it.
14:18Okay, let's look at 3.6 hertz.
14:21We'll look at a few more of these here.
14:23Anti-inflammatory, very important.
14:26Acute inflammation, very important, especially with the insulin resistance.
14:32Anti-stress, yes, definitely.
14:34Central nervous system, we're basic.
14:36Back to that.
14:38Central nervous system, we're back to that.
14:40Dog and cat hostility, I haven't had any of that recently.
14:44My cat might have, but let's look at some of these other things.
14:49Okay.
14:50Inflammation, look at all the inflammation.
14:53And the sleep patterns, look at that.
14:57Lymph drainage again.
14:59Oh gosh, there's so much here.
15:01Pain and inflammation, basically.
15:03Definitely bad.
15:05Here's something that can be a warning sign.
15:10This is something that could develop.
15:13You know, I have prostate issues with an enlarged prostate.
15:16But if I let the bacterial level in my body get out of control, guess what?
15:21It can go right into prostatitis.
15:23Okay.
15:23So that is a warning sign.
15:26That's a red flag right there.
15:28It reminds you to do things to avoid that.
15:32A little bit of sleep dysfunction.
15:34Tonsuitis again.
15:36Urinary stone disease.
15:38I do not have any kidney stones, but I have had them in the past.
15:42So this is showing the trace of damage that has happened in the past.
15:49Okay.
15:49But that will give you a pretty good idea of how you validate your frequencies.
15:54I'm of the opinion now that I just don't throw any of them out because if they're not an exact match of the database or if they don't show up in the database, it doesn't mean they're not real.
16:07And it doesn't mean they're not relevant.
16:10Now, if I was doing a scan and I was sneezing the whole time, you know, it might be another thing.
16:14I might throw the whole scan out.
16:16But I think for just a routine scan where you're really relaxed and you know you've got good data, it might be wiser just to keep the frequencies.
16:26Matter of fact, I'm going to keep all these frequencies in this and I'm going to turn these into a program for treatment of anything from 1 to 20 hertz.
16:35Now, I need to save the log.
16:39I'm going to put this in my preset collections because it will be real easy to find.
16:43I have a little biofeedback folder that I created and I'm going to look at, I'm just going to put this in the reverse lookup.
16:53Now, we want to turn this into a program.
16:55One of the most important things to remember when you're validating your results from one of these bio scans is that, of course, not all of these results are relevant to you.
17:09I've heard the comment before, you know, they look at the results the first time they see it and they say, well, I don't have all that.
17:16Well, no, of course you don't.
17:18What's going on here is that this frequency is in several programs.
17:23But each program is different.
17:27You know, a program consists of not just this frequency, but a whole assortment of frequencies.
17:33And, for example, a program for renal insufficiency might be very different than a program for peripheral nervous system or a program for rheumatoid arthritis.
17:48But they do have this one frequency in common.
17:53What you do is you just look for anything that is relevant to you.
17:58The other stuff, you just disregard that because it's not relevant.
18:02If you see things that are relevant to you, like for me, you know, pancreas, that's very, very relevant after being diabetic.
18:11When you see relevant issues here, then, of course, that frequency is important.
18:15Okay, we have all these frequencies, and I'm not necessarily going to sort them.
18:20Sometimes I think it's best just to run them in the order that they came up.
18:24I'm going to call this the healing 20 hertz.
18:33I usually set my dwell to one second, and I do that so I can adjust the dwell in the chain editor.
18:39It gives me a lot of freedom and a lot of room to adjust dwells.
18:48I could run for a standard 180 seconds.
18:51I can change that in a change editor.
18:53If I wanted to run each frequency for 300 seconds and put feathering on it,
18:59or if I wanted to run it for 240 or 270, it's really easy to make that adjustment.
19:05Healing 20 hertz.
19:07And I put my comma back here after the last one.
19:11Okay.
19:12I think that's probably good enough for that.
19:15So now that's saved as a BFB program.
19:18I want to look at the shell empty presets remote, and I'm going to use the healing RJW plug-up.
19:28I'm going to healing 20 hertz.
19:32I'm going to do the healing 20 hertz BFB.
19:36Copy that and paste it into my...
19:39But that gives you an idea of how to set up and run the low frequency healing...
19:48...scans.
19:49I hope that yours come out as accurately as mine did, and that you get good results with them.
19:55I mean, so far I've seen benefits in my muscles.
19:59I don't have the leg cramps that I used to have.
20:02Those were very painful, and they're gone.
20:05I feel like my cardiovascular health is better.
20:08I can definitely see improvements in my circulation because my little toe tingles don't tingle anymore.
20:14Nerves are good, so I feel like I'm getting steady improvement in a lot of areas, even though I haven't used these healing scans for a really long time.
20:26The results, fortunately, have been pretty quick, and I think a lot of that has to do with just triple stacking your scans in your presets.
20:36So that's all for now.
20:37I hope this has been helpful to you, and that your scans come out as well as mine did, and that you get great results with them.
