00:00Yeah, obviously really pleased with the result today.

00:03It was just the effort and the intensity around the ground all day that was really pleasing for me.

00:08We didn't bring that to the level last week that we probably have for the majority of the year

00:13and that was back today and that's what sort of meant that we got a good start today

00:18and were able to sort of hang on to that for the rest of the day.

00:21Yeah, I was really just thrilled with the way that the boys responded

00:24because it can be hard when you lose the final to respond but the boys did.

00:30Thrilled with their effort, all credit goes to them, they just knocked it down.

00:34It wasn't a pretty day, it wasn't a pretty game in the conditions but just did what needed to be done.

00:41And then looking forward to next week obviously.

00:44This is the sort of playing in the prelims, the opportunity you want to give yourself at the start of the year

00:51and we've done that now and we've just got to make sure that we bring that same effort and intensity next week

00:56and be ready to go because it's do or die but I'm stoked to have an opportunity to be at a prelim next week.
