Scott Parker happy to welcome back Jack Cork

Jack Cork has returned to Burnley in a coaching role and the Clarets head coach feels his experience will be invaluable.

00:00The scene today that Jack Corks come back to the club, I know it's an academy role,

00:02but how important is it to have players of his stature, his reputation, the club involved with

00:06that growth up?

00:07Vitally important really, someone who understands the club, someone who knows the club.

00:11Being in and around I suppose is pretty similar to me when I went back into Spurs as an under-18s

00:16coach really. Them experiences you have as a player and bringing the young players through

00:21and you can try and educate and pass all them experiences on, even on the training field as well,

00:27are going to be massive in terms of the development of their next crop coming through

00:32really. I'm really pleased that Jack is part of this. Them young boys have got someone with

00:38massive experience who they can lean on for sure and gain every bit of experience from him.

00:44We welcome him here and no doubt will add massive quality to that group.
