00:00Yeah, really happy with the response from a week ago.

00:04It's been a long week for our boys.

00:07We were really disappointed in ourselves last week

00:10on what was a big day for our club.

00:13I always trusted that the boys would respond.

00:17Coming up against a quality outfit like Skip

00:19and you never really know what that's going to look like.

00:21Our focus was on getting our system back to what our DNA is

00:26and what makes us a good footy team.

00:28The majority of the day we did that.

00:30We're well aware that Skipton are extremely dangerous out there.

00:33The second that we lapsed, which is what we've been doing at times

00:36against some of the better teams this year,

00:38that really get a hold of us.

00:40It's just a focus on ensuring that we maintain our level all day.

00:44In that last quarter when Skipton were in front,

00:48to kick those three goals late and put the game away,

00:52we've been speaking about that will to win and that desire

00:57that we need to get back into our group.

00:59That really stood up in those moments that the boys wanted the result

01:02and they just went and they needed to get it.

01:05From here, we've got two big games against Clunes and Newland

01:08for the next two weeks.

01:10If we win them two, that will be our focus.

01:14With us this year, we've always responded up for poor effort,

01:18but then we haven't always maintained that.

01:20So the message for us is we need to maintain this level now

01:22and build on it and grow towards the next two weeks

01:25and hopefully in the finals from there.
