00:25yeah, I mean, I think it's a no brainer that that needs to be banned in England, but I
00:30also think it will work well in Scotland and Wales anyway, and therefore be, be banned
00:35as it is in most countries.
00:36I think reasonable punishment is good. The reason there is so much trouble with children
00:42is they've never been punished. When I was, my friend, who was a couple of years older
00:48than me, who's died, he got sent to six months in Borstal for stealing a bar of chocolate.
00:55That cured him of stealing, stealing. And it cured a lot of people.
