00:43Kung kahapon sabi ni Remulia, wala siyang naging papel sa pagkakasibak ni Torre pag amin ngayon ni Remulia, tinanong siya ng Pangulo kung ano ang rekomendasyon niya ukol dito.
00:54Inamin din ni Remulia, di sila nagkasundo ni Torre sa Rigodon ng mga opisyal sa PNP.
01:00Matatandaan nitong August 6 lang ay ni-reassign ni General Torre ang labintatlong senior police official kabilang ang number two senior official na si Lieutenant General Jose Melencio Nartates Jr.
01:11Hindi ito'y naprubahan ng NAPOLCOM na pinamumunuan ni Remulia bilang ex-official chairperson nito.
01:16Pero ipinatupad pa rin ito ni General Torre sa kabila ng utos ng NAPOLCOM.

01:24It's actually me first. It was me first.

02:48na sila ang bahala sa movements ng level 3 and above yung mga colonels to generals.
02:54And the President really wanted to restore that and to institutionalize it back to how the law was intended.
03:03General Torre and the President, General Torre didn't see it necessary.
03:11So, the President chose the institution over the person.
03:16So, was the President angered by the decision of General Torre to push through with his order of reassignment
03:23despite the fact that NAPOLCOM disapproved it already?
03:27Well, he was quizzical about it.
