00:08Ang detay niya na alamin natin sa Sentro ng Balita ni Lian Bolonga ng PIA Soxertion.

00:15Sa layuning mas mapahusay pa ang kahandaan ng regyon sa mga sakuna,

00:19inilunsad ng pamahalaan ng Bangsa Moro ang kauna-unahang Bangsa Moro Disaster Response Plan o BDRP.

00:27Ito ay sa pangunguna ng Ministry of Social Services and Development o MSSD

00:33at Bangsa Moro Rapid Emergency Action on Disaster Incidents na supportado ng gobyerno ng South Korea at United Nations Children's Fund.

00:42Ang BDRP ay isang dokumento na dinisenyo para palakasin ang kakayahan ng regyon na magpatupad ng epektibong pagtugon sa mga kalamidad

00:50at mapalakas pa ang katataga ng komunidad sa pamamagitan ng mas malinaw na response protocols.

00:56The BDRP offers overall guidance to all bar ministries, offices and agencies

01:02and networks engaged in disaster risk reduction and management.

01:08It is a comprehensive framework designed to protect our lives, our homes, our properties, our community and even our identity.

01:17Sa ilalim din ng BDRP, hinihikayat ang mga lokal na pamahalaan na gamitin ang kanilang mga kakayahan at manguna sa emergency response.

01:27Addressing the protection needs and assistance of the affected population is not the sole responsibility of one ministry

01:35but rather the collective responsibility of all, especially of government at different levels and with our distinct mandates and expertise.

01:46By working together, we can minimize the impact of disasters and build a more resilient bang sa boro.
