00:00For the time being, the effects of the storm will continue in Northern Luzon

00:05while the Intertropical Convergence Zone will remain in Mindanao.

00:10Because of the ITCZ, it will experience heavy rains and thunderstorms in Caraga, Davao Region, Soxergen, Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi.

00:21It will also experience heavy rains in Cagayan Valley and Cordillera

00:28which is an effect of the Northeast Monsoon.

00:31The isolated rains will be expected in Ilocos Region.

00:36While in most parts of Mindanao, there will also be heavy rains and thunderstorms

00:43as well as in Metro Manila and most parts of the country.

00:47The sun rose earlier this morning at 6.03 am and will set later this afternoon at 5.24 pm.
