We know that housing affordability and access to housing is a huge issue in our regions and places like Wagga Wagga have been under a lot of pressure in terms of housing affordability. We know that rents have been going up here, house prices have been going up here, people have been finding it more difficult to access affordable housing in the regions. We've seen examples of homelessness, of people who just can't find that place to live. This is the solution to that problem.
00:23So these 12 units will be secure, stable, supported housing for 19 people able to get their lives back on track. And critically, this development allows us to unlock the broader Tolland estate development. Now, the Tolland estate development is something that we're really passionate about.
