00:54Pramod, we are seeing things are getting very, very interesting in the state of Tamil Nadu.
00:58As the elections are inching closer, we are seeing these kind of complaints coming up.
01:02One of the carder, in fact, has gone ahead and filed a complaint against the TVK chief.
01:07Well, it was quite shocking because what happened over there is like the actual shooting arrangement for Vijay's Madurai conference was close to 2 lakhs.
01:15But we've been told that the crowd had gone over 5 lakhs.
01:18So, it was completely, you know, very hard to control for this week's talk.
01:21But what happened in the middle is that there were visuals of people, especially Vijay's chance and cadres,
01:26attempting to climb over the ramp just to see him or garland him or get his wishes.
01:30And one such cadres, many were actually, the bouncers tried to stop him to make sure that Vijay did not hurt in any manner.
01:36But however, one cadres who tried to climb over, he was kind of, you know, pushed off the ramp.
01:42And luckily, he got held to one of the pipes on the side of the ramp and he survived.
01:48But right now, he has approached the perennial police station, the commissioner and such,
01:52and he has filed a complaint along with his mother that he has sustained severe injury
01:56and he wanted action against those who are involved.
01:59He has mentioned about the bouncers.
02:00Right now, since TVK leader Vijay was the one who had called for the conference,
02:04a case has been registered against Vijay and bouncers under three sections, mainly unlawful assembly and such.

02:15Let's listen in to what the person who's filed the complaint, Sharath, has to say with regards to what transpired.

02:48Ramoth, we understand very clearly this is what the complainant is saying,
02:52that he wanted to climb up the ramp, he was pushed by the bouncers,
02:55and this happened in the Madurai realm.
02:57It just happened, the Madurai realm happened last week, where Vijay had a fiery speech and he targeted
03:03the chief minister and the prime minister, whom he considers one as a political enemy and the other as an ideological enemy.
03:09But here, unfortunately, the situation has kind of like rolled away,
03:12where the carer has now compiled a complaint with the police.
03:16He claims that the visuals are completely shocking the way the bouncers kind of like hurled and threw him out.
03:24And that was quite shocking for everyone, Asil, because, you know, had the carer fallen down,
03:28he would have been severely injured.
03:29But he himself claims that he was able to immediately, you know, make sure that he was safe
03:35by holding on to the ramp's side pipe.
03:38But still, he wants action because he claims that this is not the way to be treated.
03:42And that's the reason he had approached the police right now.
03:45He, along with Madurai, after seeing the visuals, was completely shocked.
03:48Even it actually caused a lot of ripples in the social media and it went viral as well.
03:53And seeing all this, now the carer has filed a complaint, claiming that he cannot be treated in such manner.
03:59And he wants those responsible to be held accountable.

04:10one of the people of the carer, the bouncers now throwing them, literally throwing them off the ramp.
04:19The case now has been booked, which is security roughed up.

04:26The bouncer is now removing them.
04:28The person who has been removed, he has now gone ahead and filed a complaint against Vijay.
04:43Pramod, very clearly, we are now seeing case has been registered under various sections.
04:47And cases have been registered not just against Vijay, but also against the bouncers.
04:52Yes, actually, because just like you see in those visuals, the carer is not exactly being removed
04:57from the place, but he's actually body slammed.
04:59That's a really harsh way to throw someone to the ground.
05:03And that's just when, you know, he was lucky that he had the mind to immediately hold on to the pipe
05:07because the ramp was quite tall and the force with which he was thrown down,
05:12he could have been definitely injured.
05:13But he explains that he had to go to the hospital, get himself checked.
05:17And the carer's name is Sharad Kumar, who also claims that, you know, he has severe injuries to his chest.
05:22And that's the reason he had to go ahead and find a complaint because he felt that those responsible,
05:26especially those bouncers that you see over there, who were trying to clear the path,
05:30they should have made sure that they did it in a kind of a way that does not harm any carers.
05:34Because many carers climbed onto the ramp.
05:37Many tried to garland Vijay and Vijay tried to move them away.
05:41But it's a 350 meters ramp where people were constantly climbing up.
05:46They were allowed by certain people or they tried to, you know, force their way into it.
05:49But still, Sharad Kumar being thrown this manner, that turned out to be a huge issue.
05:54And this is why he wants, you know, action to be taken, Aishwarya.

06:01VVIP culture, we all can very clearly see it.
06:03And you also rightly pointed out that if they wanted to actually clear the ramp,
06:07then they should have made sure they do it before Vijay arrives.
06:09Could have been done in a much better manner.
06:15Purely, Aishwarya, there are multiple ways to actually handle the situation.
06:19And in this particular case, the bouncers could have been, knowing that, you know,
06:22it's Vijay who's walking and the circuiters are definitely going to be unruly.
06:26They should have been prepared in a different manner.
06:28They could have simply pushed him away from the space or moved him back and asked him to get down
06:32instead of getting much closer to Vijay or such.
06:34But what they did in that particular case is what being questioned.
06:37Many also are not content with the way they have acted in such manner.
06:41And that's the reason it turned out to be a huge issue right now.
06:44And right now, the carer has also decided to find this complaint.
06:47Now, the case has been registered, especially by parable police in this particular manner.
06:52And you saw, all he wants is that, like, those who are responsible to be held accountable.

07:48So, first of all, Vijay should announce that he will do away with bouncers.
