00:00The results of Ford that just announced it's going to create 4,000 new jobs, American jobs,
00:07Hyundai, 14,000 jobs, General Motors is moving production of the Chevy Blazer and Equinox
00:14from Mexico back to the United States where it belongs.
00:18Don't forget, we lost 55% of our auto production over the last 35 years.
00:2455% we were the auto capital of the world.
00:28Like there was nobody even think about challenging us.
00:31We lost 55% of it to Mexico, Canada, China, a lot to China and other countries.
00:39And it's all coming back.
00:41We will be bigger.
00:42A couple of years, we'll be bigger than we ever were.
00:45We'll be more dominant.
00:46We'll be bigger.
00:46We make great product, too.
00:48We're starting to make really great product.
00:50We're going to be bigger than we ever were.
00:51We're going to be at the level that it was when we were the only one that really we sold to the world.
00:56And we're going to be back selling to ourselves and other parts of the world.
01:02It's not going to be the same, but it's going to be equally as important as it was in the heyday 30 years ago.
01:08But we lost more than 50% of the automaking capacity.
01:11In fact, the unions, the auto unions, as you know, the top guy didn't know me, didn't like me.
01:16And now he likes me.
01:19He says, man, I can't believe what Trump has done.
01:23But the autoworkers voted for me.
01:25They understood better than anybody else.
01:27The autoworkers, the Teamsters voted for me.
01:29Teamsters are great.
01:30They all voted for me.
01:32Nobody, no Republican has ever gotten the support of the Teamsters and the autoworkers.
01:38And now the head of the autoworkers have been so amazing.
01:41I watch them on television and they can't even believe what happened.
01:45And I told them all what was going to happen.
01:48We secured new market access for American agricultural exports all over the world.
01:54Our secretary is doing a great job.
01:56Thank you, Brooke.
01:56And we have negotiated historic trade deals with the United Kingdom, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Japan, South Korea, who was here yesterday, and the European Union.
02:08Foreign nations are now paying hundreds of billions of dollars straight into our treasury.
02:14And numbers that nobody's ever seen before.
02:17As you know, we made trade deals with a lot of countries.
02:20And many of those countries, just to be able to sit at the table, are paying us hundreds of billions of dollars.
02:27We made trade deals with the European Union.
02:29They were rough on us for a long time.
02:32And now we have a very good deal.
02:35We made that with them.
02:38Trillions of dollars is coming into our country.
02:40Trillions.
02:41Far beyond billions.
02:42Trillions of dollars.
02:43Wouldn't you say, Scott?
02:44Yes, sir.
02:45And in a short period of time, they have to buy $750 billion worth of our energy product.
02:52Energy is great.
02:53We have more than anybody else, and we're using it.
02:55But the European Union is a done deal, and Japan is done.
03:00I heard there was a problem with South Korea, but we met yesterday, and they're done.
03:03We didn't do it.
03:04We just kept the same deal.
03:06He honored the deal.
03:06They wanted to see if, well, I don't even want to say it, but they wanted to see if they could do something.
