04:01Pinamunuan niya ang Police Regional Office 4A at naging Director ng Finance Service sa PNP National Headquarters.
04:09Sa mahabang karera sa servisyo publiko, nagsimula rin siya bilang Senior Superintendent sa Elocos Norte Provincial Police Office.
04:15Simula June 5, 2025, may natitira pang isang taon at siyam na buwan si Nartates bago ang kanyang nakatakdang pagre-retiro sa Marso 2027.
