Union minister Kiren Rijiju on Tuesday witnessed a dramatic incident near Drass in Ladakh when a vehicle plunged into a river just ahead of his convoy. Rijiju, who was en route to Drass, said on his official X handle that his team reached the spot in time and managed to save both occupants of the car.
