In a nation filled with lesser-known lake 'monsters' and mysteries, it is now time to take the search to new depths.

Welcome to the C.L.C.R.A., the Canadian Lake Creature Research Association, a homegrown endeavour right here in Canada aiming to investigate & research cryptid mysteries in our lakes.

*Edit: Ignore the last two seconds--Dailymotion has decided to add a segment as part of their "optimization" process. I'll look into editing it tomorrow to hopefully fix this error, but if I can't, then I'll just have to learn from this.

00:00Greetings, and welcome to the official page of the CLCRA, the Canadian Lake Creature Research
00:07Organization. Who are we? Well, we're a local small forming group based in the Okanagan that
00:13aims to research deep lakes in British Columbia and Canada, said to house elusive swimming
00:17creatures like Ogopogo and Shuswagi of Okanagan Shuswap lakes and related mysteries in our
00:22province. We're a scientific and practical team, but we don't dismiss the possibility
00:29of something or more things unknown to science might be living in said bodies of water. Our
00:35purpose is to scientifically investigate these areas of water in the province and other places
00:40in Canada where these mysteries have been reported. We're chiefly Canadian members who
00:44share interests and want to establish connections with the local communities around these lakes.
00:48We are strictly non-lethal, complying with Canadian laws, and pro-environmental of what
00:54we do. The cryptid lakes of interest we have in our sites include Okanagan Lake, Shuswap
01:00Lake, Kootenai Lake, Seton Lake, Skaha, and Kalamalka Lakes, and even more.
01:08The videos that you'll see on this channel will be multiple things. One, we will show you about
01:12how we will search for these creatures by taking you on these expeditions with us.
01:19Secondly, is mini-documentaries going over certain lake creature phenomenon in Canada and in the
01:27province. Three, individual videos going over said creatures in greater detail. And four, any
01:35announcements that we will have. More types of videos will be added in the future.
01:41So you might be wondering, how does this apply to you? Well, several things. If you're a person
01:47who wishes to be a member, please contact us at ask.clcra at outlook.com.
01:55At this point, we're still getting things set up, as well as getting members on the team. But we hope
02:09that you join us on this tremendous adventure. We cannot wait to show you what we have in
02:17store, and show you the beautiful areas where these enigmas are supposed to live, enjoy the
02:22exploration and scientific endeavors of it all, and just maybe see something that you may not have
02:29known about swimming in these types of waters. If you want to know more about us, visit our site
02:35at clcra.my.canva.site. There you can see how we came to be, what we're about, what our purpose is,
02:45our code of conduct, and how to get in contact with us. Whether you want to join the search,
02:49or you have a sign yourself, or you just want to ask us some questions, we're there and we'll be happy
02:56to answer. Thank you so much for watching this video. It's greatly appreciated.
