01:06Right now, we spend 7% of Medicaid dollars on rural hospitals.
01:13So they're getting the short end of the stick.
01:15It's about $19 billion a year.
01:18Under the Rural Transformation Program, we give them an extra $10 billion a year.
01:23So we're raising an infusion of cash to rural hospitals and rural communities by 50%.
01:30It's going to be the biggest infusion in history, and it's going to restore and revitalize these communities.
01:36And we can't survive as a nation if we don't honor our rural communities,
01:41which are their source of our values, our virtues, our character, our economy, our food.
01:46And you are bringing that back.
01:48You are bringing those communities back.
