02:24Security guarantees agreements for Ukraine will ensure Russian President Vladimir Putin
02:30will never try to attack Ukraine again.
02:33NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said this on Friday during a visit to Kyiv.
02:38After the meeting with Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky,
02:41Rutte said the alliance's support for Ukraine remains unwavering and continues to grow.
02:46As we all know, the Budapest Memorandum and Minsk did not provide those security guarantees.
02:52So we clearly know what it should not be.
02:56And we are now working together, Ukraine, the Europeans, the United States,
03:00to make sure that the security guarantees are of such a level that Vladimir,
03:04Vladimir Putin, sitting in Moscow, will never ever try to attack Ukraine again.
03:09Following Monday's multilateral meeting at the White House,

03:58without an end to restrictions on humanitarian aid.
04:01It is a famine, the Gaza famine.
04:06It is a famine that we could have prevented if we had been allowed.
04:10My ask, my plea, my demand to Prime Minister Netanyahu
04:16and anyone who can reach him, enough, ceasefire.
04:23The IPC report comes after months of warnings by aid groups
04:27that Israel's restrictions on food and other aid into Gaza
04:31were causing high levels of starvation among Palestinian civilians, particularly children.
04:37Israel on Friday once again rejected the report,
04:40insisting that the findings were based on Hamas lies.
