Taiwan voters are heading to the polls on Saturday to decide whether to restart the Maanshan Nuclear Power Plant in southern Taiwan. The country shut down the last reactor at the Maanshan plant in May, in line with the ruling Democratic Progressive Party's goal of a nuclear-free homeland by 2025.
